Day 3 - 115 Mi to Wickenburg, AZ

Great ride today as the weather was a little bit cooler, low 90's. The day started with a series of climbs right after leaving the hotel on our way into Arizona.

We rode again on I-10 for 35 miles and then took Route 60 East the rest of the way to Wickenburg, AZ. The ride today had 2071 feet of climbing so I pace was a little bit slower than the previous days. The best part of the ride was the last 6 miles as it was all downhill into Wickenburg.

Our two riders with heat issues are ok after getting IV's and had to sit out today's ride. They should be back on the road soon.

Tomorrow's ride will be a tough one as we will be climbing our first major climb at over 6000 feet of elevation. I look forward to the challenge.

Here are a few photos of todays ride.
